SICOLY's IQF frozen apricot halves are made from apricots grown in Morocco. In order to guarantee a quality product, the fresh fruits undergo an initial sorting operation and are then halved and frozen directly in situ. This makes it possible to work with fruit that is as ripe as possible at the point of dicing.
