The fast removal of large quantities of heavy powders that hinder the production in different moments of production cycle (such as blast furnaces, storage areas, conveyor belts, machines for casting, molding, sandblasting, etc..) becomes an essential activity for not compromising plant efficiency.

The suction of these residues must be necessarily quick and continuous in order to minimize inefficiencies: Delfin industrial vacuum cleaners for foundries and steel works perform high power (up to 25 kW) and high prevalence, allowing quick removal of large amounts of dusts, metal chips (even at high temperatures) and sand residues without needing to stop. The ability to vacuum continuously is guaranteed by the automatic reverse pulse filter cleaning called PN, which keeps the maximum efficiency of filters thanks to a jet of compressed air that cleans the filter at regular intervals, preventing clogging and loss of suction power.

When the volume of sucked powders and solids is so significant that exceed vacuum’s capacity it is possible to increase the collection capacity and autonomy of work using a preseparator (models available up to 600 liters capacity), making it easy to hande and remove materials.

When melting and steel processing areas are particularly wide or when it is necessary to extract the dust in hard to reach places for avacuum cleaner, it may be advantageous to install a centralized vacuum system, ideal for working simultaneously in several places and collect the material in a desired location.
