ASTM A204 15MO3 Plates/ ASME SA204 15MO3 Plates is used in the production of pressure vessels, furnaces, parts of steam boilers, heat exchangers, collective chambers, chemical equipment parts, hot gas distributors, bolts, flanges, nuts, coils, collectors and other energy equipment. It is a weldable grade.
15MO3 Alloy Cr Plates are mainly used for building boilers and pressure vessels. While rolling it contains more molybdenum elements than other steel grades in Din 17155,but lower than 13CrMo44 and 10CrMo910.
15MO3 Plates is a DIN specified pressure vessel grade chrome molybdenum steel alloy which is use in elevated working temperatures.
ASTM A204 15MO3 Alloy Steel Chequered Plate is also known as ASTM A204 15MO3 alloysteel chequer plates are metal plates with regular and even pattern of projection on either side showing different types of shapes while the reverse side remains smooth. It comes in various shapes such as tear drop, diamond or embossed. It is a type of steel alloyed with several elements such as chromium, molybdenum, silicon, manganese, nickel, vanadium, and boron. These elements are added to increase its hardness, strength, wear resistance, and toughness. The amounts of alloying elements may vary between 1 and 50%.
Alloy Steel 15mo3 Plate is used as weldable steel in the fabrication of industrial boilers and steel pressurised vessels found in the oil, gas and chemical industry. Due to the materials chrome and molybdenum content, A204 Alloy Steel 15mo3 Plates has excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistant characteristics.
Alloy Steel Hot Rolled Plates is most commonly used to manufacture pipes, especially pipes for energy-related applications. It's also used in the manufacturing of heating elements in appliances like corrosion-resistant containers, toasters, silverware, pots and pans. Alloy Steel Hr Plate involves rolling the alloy steel at a high temperature i.e., over 1700° F, which is above the alloy steel's recrystallization temperature.
