The HDC1200 is a heavy-duty hydraulic butt fusion machine designed for joining large-diameter plastic pipes and fittings made from HDPE, PP, and PVDF. It is ideal for industrial and municipal projects, enabling secure, leak-proof joints in water supply systems, gas pipelines, and other large-scale piping applications.This machine features a robust frame, milling cutter, heating plate, and hydraulic unit, providing precise control during the welding process. It supports pipe sizes from 1000 mm to 1200 mm (some versions cover 800 mm to 1200 mm) and can operate in environments ranging from -40°C to +40°C.
