The generator also features a heavy-duty industrial exhaust silencer to minimize noise and emissions, while its integrated fuel system includes a tank capable of approximately eight hours of continuous operation at full load.Each generating set undergoes rigorous factory testing, including load testing and system inspections, to ensure dependable performance before dispatch. The generator is engineered for professional applications, providing a prime output of 24 kW / 30 kVA and a standby output of 27 kW / 33 kVA at 400V, 50Hz, with a maximum current output of 43A and a power factor of 0.8. The unit offers IP33 protection and is equipped with an LED/DC42D display for easy monitoring.The diesel engine, model WP2.3D25E200 from Weicai, produces a rated power of 30 kW and operates via electrical start with direct injection. It features four cylinders, an oil capacity of 8 liters, a displacement of 2.289 liters, and a naturally aspirated combustion system. The generator has a 72-liter fuel tank and uses a water-cooling system with an electron speed regulator to maintain stable performance.The alternator, Senci / QYI-184G, delivers 25 kW at 1500 rpm with Class H insulation and IP23 ingress protection. It is configured for a 3-phase, 4-wire Y-type connection and utilizes an AVR system to regulate output voltage.
