It offers excellent corrosion resistance, pitting resistance to chloride environment, general resistivity and excellent strength. It is a medium carbon steel tube with max 0.30 % carbon content with combination of 0.40-1.06 % manganese. ASME SA334 Grade 1 Pipes are also available in series of schedules like SCH5,10,20,30,40,60,80,XS,XXS,120,140,160.
