SUMMARY:
24 years of experience in winning, managing and delivering project services in the UAE, EU and the US, on all phases of project execution from inception to completion. My area of operation are design, and project management of prestigious hospitality, office, and high-end residential projects, but has also included urban planning, museums and cultural centres management and architectural competitions organization. My experience covers project management supervision, schedule management, independent project review, budget monitoring, contracts evaluations, contractors selection and hiring, consultants work supervision, projects improvement, and best practice developments implementation.
I provide expertise in the areas such as mixed use city and master planning, RE property developments management value management to allow optimal design and cost efficient solutions.
I supervise teams of managers, consultants, and project execution so that :
project deliverables are of a high quality and meet the expectations of the stakeholders

I directed the in-house design team, and collaborated with the PM consultant. I have reported directly to the clients. I managed architects, managers, budgets, project time-frame, project feasibility studies to ensure timely submittals, reviews and approvals and the overall flow of information. Technical reviewer and construction / finishes materials evaluator. I administrated the pre contracts, budgeting, value engineering, projects planning, and scheduling.
I created proposals for two large scale RE developments :
• International Airport for 40 million/year pass., with residential and commercial districts on 2,800-3,200 ha
• Mixed use, reduced carbon emission new city centre located on 1,370 ha plot (location confidential).
The BQ. Office high-rise Towers - KSA (SAR 120 MM development). 340,000 SF commercial projects.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR ( DESIGN MANAGER till July )
Responsible for the design management of signature projects and delivery of high quality services including: urban planning and architectural design evaluation, consultant’s selection and their work supervision, documents check and approval. Design management leadership. Projects’ qualities reviewer. Selected consultants and provided time + cost program for the $ 27 billion Bawadi mixed use Development final master planning phase. Directed and Managed all phases of a unique international architectural competition, SA Cultural Center for the Saudi Aramco ($700 MM). I managed 7 international teams of project managers, and architects.
