Requirements:
1. Inspection Certificate – should be provided within shipping of materials.
2. Material test certificate, approved by third party inspection.
3. Materials shall be CIP Bashra Rifinery
4. Witness for two SRC Inspection Engineers at manufacturer for two weeks to inspect and wit the connection system factory.
5. Welded connection system for joining internally coated pipelines with 1% extra of type Thru- Kote U.B. Thru Kote UB sleeve is a welded connection system for joining internally coated pipelines and piping system to protect the internal coating during the welding process. Size: 24”, Qty: 2000 units
6. Compatible with Thru-Kote liquid coating: Type- Epoxy phenolic (liquid), TK 69 Corrosion protection epoxy system.
7. Heat shrinkable sleeve without primer for field girth welds of required quantities. (Qty for 4700 join)
8. Materials for repairing the polythene coating (500) liters
